Our staff are efficient, warm and friendly - and are always an interesting mix of home cultures. At present they are more "home grown in GB" than usual! The team includes assistant managers Stefan (a local Scot) & Irene (from England) and team members Anna (also English), Murray, Helen (both Scottish) and Luke our Cornish musician.  Daniel from Poland has recently joined us, mostly in the kitchen - and all the rest of the fabulous kitchen team are credited on the "tastes good" page!
